Returns & Refunds Policy
JAMUSIC GROUP LLC d/b/a Jaylen Wilder Music
This Returns & Refunds Policy applies to all merchandise sold by JAMUSIC GROUP LLC d/b/a Jaylen Wilder Music.
1. All Sales Final
All sales are final. We do not accept returns, exchanges, cancellations, or refund requests except where required by law or expressly approved by us in writing. By placing an order, you agree that you reviewed your order before purchase and accepted this final sale policy.
2. No Refunds or Exchanges For
We do not provide refunds, returns, exchanges, or cancellations for: wrong size selected, wrong color selected, wrong quantity selected, buyer's remorse, change of mind, duplicate orders, missed discount codes, sale items, limited drops, preorder items, custom items, made-to-order items, delayed shipping, carrier delays, package marked delivered, customer address errors, minor product variations, screen color differences, failure to read product details, or customer refusal or non-pickup of delivery.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives damaged or you receive the wrong item, contact us within 5 calendar days of delivery at artist@jaylenwildermusic.com. You must include your order number, name and email on the order, photos of the item, photos of the packaging, photos of the shipping label, and a clear description of the issue. We may deny claims submitted after 5 calendar days, claims without photos, or claims that appear fraudulent. If we approve a claim, we may choose the remedy including replacement, repair, store credit, or reshipment. Refunds are not provided unless required by law.
4. Unauthorized Returns
Do not mail items back without written authorization. Unauthorized returns may be refused, discarded, returned to sender, or held without refund, exchange, or credit.
5. Legal Rights
Nothing in this policy limits rights that cannot legally be waived. If applicable law requires a refund, cancellation right, or other remedy, we will comply with applicable law.
