2. Products & Merchandise

All merchandise sold through JAMUSIC GROUP LLC d/b/a Jaylen Wilder Music is officially branded and exclusive to this brand. Products are limited in quantity and availability is not guaranteed. We reserve the right to limit quantities, cancel orders, or discontinue items at any time without notice.

3. All Sales Are Final — No Refunds

All purchases made through JAMUSIC GROUP LLC d/b/a Jaylen Wilder Music are final and non-refundable. Because our merchandise is custom-branded and limited-edition, we do not accept returns, exchanges, or cancellations once an order has been placed and confirmed.

Exceptions may be made solely at our discretion in the event of:

• Items damaged or defective upon arrival (photographic proof required within 48 hours of delivery)
• Incorrect item shipped due to our error

By submitting a pre-sale inquiry, you are expressing interest in purchasing merchandise before it is publicly available. Submission of your information does not constitute a binding purchase or guarantee of product availability. Final purchase terms will be communicated directly via email prior to fulfillment.

All content on this website — including but not limited to the Jaylen Wilder name, logo, images, and merchandise designs — is the exclusive intellectual property of JAMUSIC GROUP LLC d/b/a Jaylen Wilder Music. Reproduction, distribution, or use of any content without written permission is strictly prohibited.

6. Shipping

Shipping timelines are estimates and are not guaranteed. JAMUSIC GROUP LLC d/b/a Jaylen Wilder Music is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs, or other circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss or damage transfers to the buyer upon shipment. Free shipping offers apply within the contiguous United States only, unless otherwise stated.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, JAMUSIC GROUP LLC d/b/a Jaylen Wilder Music shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use of this website or purchase of products. Our total liability to you for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the product in question.
